you are clearly the expert on volumes here.
There is a bit of speculation about the buyback pausing due to the potential of a buyback offer. My thoughts have been for a long time that there is clearly a lot of trading and even short selling aimed towards keeping the share price low, and likely prior to a lower take over price being offered.
Ifsuch company has in fact put forward a low takeover offer, then buyback must stop, but the said company trading the stock must also stop trading/shorting the stock.
have you noticed any drop in volume that backs up the takeover offer theory being thrown around?
