what happens next:

The Federal Administrative Court decides on the appeal against decisions according to the UVP-G-2000 with a ruling or decision.

The Federal Administrative Court can reject the complaint if it comes to the same conclusion as the administrative authority or uphold the complaint if it comes to a different result than that.

The decision on complaints against assessment notices according to Section 1 must be made within six weeks, and against assessment notices under Section 3 within eight weeks (Section 40 Para. 4 UVP-G 2000).
