Two Factors that seem to be at play here @markwhite
1, SNT Retail Holders didn't get to experience the run up on Positive Phase II Interim Data as the Placement took place which held us in TH whilst the PLacement was completed.
2, The Placement was over subscribed by circa 100% so those that managed to secure shares in the placement still had a desire for substantially more.
The composition of the Share Registrar is predominantly Funds / Insto's, Management and Sophisticated Investors, with only roughly 33% held by retail.
Many will see the latest climb as value attribution to the recent Interim Positive Phase II Results (which partly is true) but the demand is also attributed to the fact the market has identified or in the process of identifying that SNT is not the new kid in town but has over a decade of drug development and Manufacturing under its belt. The Phoenixing of PXS into SNT shed a heck of a lot of financial weight from the Business which now has over $21m in cash in the bank , a strong financial position coupled to multiple Phase II candidates , Parkinsons in the UK is progressing under a Granted Fund, My personal interest here is SNT 6302 , The Pan Lox Inhibitor to reduce (and may well Reverse) scar tissue and burns tissue...
The visuals involved with such a trial can be virtually paralysing , these are sample photos of what we may see moving forward.
Now we know that those who have a Degree /PHD in the Sciences arent big on marketing and colourful language , it's just how that discipline rolls but when I hear Prof Fiona Woods Herald SNT 6302 with
“SNT-6302 leads directly to an unprecedented change to the scar composition that we have not seen with any other form of treatment.”
Professor Fiona Wood
Burns Service of Western Australia
Director of the Burn Injury Research Unit
University of Western Australia
Australian of the Year
So in the future of SNT that I see , someone of Fiona's stature and standing in not only the Scientific community but also the Australian way of life community gaining media exposure for Fiona is as simple as lifting the phone..and from where I'm sitting I can see SNT becoming an Australian Iconic Company known to all.... it's just a matter of time here.
Those that know me know I'm a Fixed margin Trader , there are only a couple of ASX companies that I actually invest in , the rest are 10% to 20% trades , SNT is a Strong Hold for me,,, I would be expecting a Partner to show interest around March that will coincide with the next set of Phase II Data ,, so only literally 90 days away .
Best of Luck to all Holders , 2025 is looking $olid here at $NT
