    I think Tony Simpson is a smooth operator(he managed to sneak PEN application on 31st Dec Christmas Break). He will manage a early construction exemption(URZ did same) that will help tight timeline.

    Resource Upgrade: ANything below 32 mlb PEN may retract, Above 37 mlb it will go north.

    At current Resource PEN is at parity with AGS and I will say fairly priced.
