I'm not a big fan of consolidation. I buy penny stocks for one reason. I bought Rfg at 7 cents. There is a higher chance of it reaching 14, 21, or even 28 cents, giving me a 2,3, or 4 bagger than it reaching $5, 10, or $15 short to medium term.
