the company is expanding on back of CR..
we need to see those military contracts..we are assuming they are there wink, wink -- but most want to know they are actually locked in - vs build it and they will come (all risk on owners)..
of course all deals are welcome
i suspect with a bit of time.. and some actual NR where military deals locked, at many locations -- then this will be a completely different picture .. but yea also easy to manipulate for some while price stays here
