No arguement at all with your assessment. BUT, Bring up a chart of GC1 and tell me when you would have been able to exit GC1 at an increased price and with reasonable volume ? Michael forecasts several available options……. And of course ANY of them is going to be accretive for SH…… but when ?
That’s the real question. There’s no question that the quality of the portfolio has improved significantly albeit a little too late ?
