I have no idea about this stuff - but there are a few things I like
1. Prior experience - what worked / what didn't - what can be improved
2. nimble - small company can pivot
3. rebrand - old brand needed refresh - done
4. management money invested - not given a lot of free shares
5. Capital raise was above the SP at the time

There are things I dont like - but are being worked on .... profit (currently a loss) at the AGM (I read the report) it said they have a timeline to get to profit - if this is on target every quarter it will be a positive
