    Why would it go down to those levels.

    They have articulated what they are trying to do, bought in a partner who is putting in $4m at a $0.01 placement price.

    If he is willing to put in $4m at a $0.01 do you really think they will let it fall below this level with 3 more tranches to go?

    Think about it..........

    This will be back above $0.015 before you know it.
