But just remember ALI isn’t a low cost fund like ARG or AUI. Management fee is a sizeable 1.2% (external management). ARG runs at 0.15% (internal management). AUI is even lower.
Having said that, I like ALI from a portfolio diversification perspective, but I just wonder if bond yields that are expected to rise under the Trump administration might mean there will be a better opportunity to buy down the track.
