One of the issues are that 4DS have not produced a stand-alone Mbit array without having to utilise a fab test kit.
I agree that at 60nm the cells work with access transistors and write function, but have yet to go below 60nm.
Now you have been around 4DS as long as I have and you know what this company is like.
I read the announcements just like you do, and with what we should of heard by now as to the latest results leads me to think that there is issues with the latest batch and I suspect that it is to do with scaling.
Just my thoughts.
