Fraunhofer Society employs 17,000 scientists and engineers and its license revenues for MP3 algorthim generated about 100 billion euros in revenue for the society in 2005 - a fair quid in anyone's language - so it doesn't need to leverage off manufacturing CVAC.
It does not involve clever packaging or dispensing, it is manufacture of the vaccine.
