    Your argument in my opinion is riiculous LA NINA was predicted in SEP 2010 and would strongly predict a very wet summer but nothing was done to lower the dam levels Even with 75% capacity the billions of dollars damagedone to the QLD economy is athousand times worse than a 75 dam level!!
