that's also what I got out of what I read. Further, the supposed gun trader at the centre of the allegations is no longer with REGAL. He has set up his own fund. I still don't see how this action can ruin a company, except for near term capital raising. Maybe that's what REGAL are waiting for? The next big raise. jeez if they try that stunt again blind Freddy would be able to pick it. I'm not that concerned about REGAL. Interesting story though.
