panda, nice that yoy believe me, re placement,I hope to that it's for something positive & meaningful for you guys and yeah not just working capital(we all know what that means)The buying suggests good news coming as it's mean too... thats the market doing it's bit, don't get swept up in it....I know what Rick said to me and for the next few mths, what will take place, number 1, get water out of wells, get ROW past state approval, both just themselves will probably jusit a CP along with working capital.IMO
