It is hard to see how they can have such a high level of confidence like you suggest. I don’t buy your idea that this arrangement with Infineon is a vote of confidence in success. I don’t think they would gamble to that extent.
Ting has made it very clear that he won’t know how successful PL6 is until testing is completed, which is eminently more sensible.
