Another consideration is the aud compared to usd. So far in December aud fell 4.5% compared to usd and therefore gqg earnings in aud terms went up by an equivalent amount. The stock has only dropped since which makes no sense at all. Spx is -1.5% in December but currency gains has more than offset this given gqg reports in USD and pays dividend in USD.
