Not ss far as I know. The next hearing is in February and this case will go on for months if not years. If BEN wins all will be good apart from the investors who will go bankrupt and won't pay BEN and apart from the publicity desaster that will occur. If BEN loses $400 million+ will go by the wayside. Just bear that in mind when making your decisions
