Maybe you're being sarcastic but let me elaborate on this.

1. Australia can't reduce rates much if at all this year because the AUD is in the toilet. That's not a huge issue for ZIP as US funding can be used and could even be cheaper once adjusting for how much the AUD has fallen as well.
2. US has actually tackled inflation much better than the Aus govt that has spent like a drunken sailor and has some of the highest spending % of GDP in recent history.
3. Zip's share price looks way cheaper from the perspective of an American multinational that may wish to buy it. Consider what Block (which I also hold) overpaid for Afterpay. Zip is only worth $2.5 billion USD which is peanuts for many of the big tech giants sitting on over $40-50 billion USD.


EDIT: I have recently entered ZIP and am bullish on it now.
