Why? He still has well over 500M shares already and you say they are "vulture" but the CN for $20M is at 3.8c (no discount) and $26M at 4.9c (IMU can buy back these CN). Did you read the posts expecting the CR to be at 3c or even as low as 2c and directors also who buy shares when they know their IP are crap, I don't pay attention to their purchase but would have sold at 49c even if PH didn't as it was way overvalue.
