Umm... the lift in crude seems to coincide with Syria's change in power.
you'd think russia was using Syria to offload sanctioned oil, which was keeping pressure on the oil price.
Now that russia is out of Syria there would be less "black narket" oil around.
having the Finnish police holding a Russian "ghost " ship further complicates things.
$75 a barrel may hold
