IMO the Force Majeure presents a huge opportunity.
It has created a natural pause in obligations allowing all contracted parties an opportunity to laser focus on mutual benefit as Chinas recent actions sanctioning critical mineral exports have significantly changed the landscape (in Syrahs favour).
China banging it’s drum so loudly - West cannot now ignore.
