cz US is the biggest market and the sales will go above $100Mn easily plus if you look back in time the FDA approval took nearly 4-5 yrs and whole program (or mostly whole) was funded internally by CYC ....Also CAPEX for US expansion/marketing/recruitment etc has been spent upfront and sales will follow.
You should be looking at cashflow and not profit/loss with this company as this gem has been paying dividends in past from the cash generation and will continue to do so moving forward....
