For goodness sakes... is 'someone' claiming refusal on Environmental grounds?... this shows this IMposter has no clue to the OPGGS Act and should leave their mumbo jumbo to another time - when the NOPTA Approval has been granted. ONLY then can you assess (yes - ASSESS and not OUTRIGHT REFUSAL) the environmental impact of the 'drill'... ALL permit holders/charlatans/dingbats etc etc must go through this process and IF found to be environmentally 'unsustainable' then - let the dice roll - refuse/court/reload/run/whatever!!!
