I was pleased to read the following in the announcement regarding the shares being held in voluntary escrow, which in my mind anyway is a win for MSB SH and a win for the Osiris folks.....certainly they agreed to and accepted the terms, perhaps cognisant of the opportunity for value uplift from current prices


I speculate that in 12 months the sp will be well north of current prices.

Whilst it is most likely obvious for some, it just really clicked for me that tremendous learnings have occurred as a consequence of the CRLs and subsequent approval, instilling far more confidence in me anyway, as it relates to approval for other indications using Revascor, including

1) Replicable approach re Potency Assay
2) Replicable manufacturing processes
3) Deeper understanding of marketing requirements

and importantly, as an outcome of the clinical trials to date, the characterisation of the optimal patient populations that would benefit most from treatment.

In aggregate, I suggest Osiris will be well pleased with their investment.....of course I do take on board some of the considerations of other posters re the need for a robust and effective commercialisation and stakeholder comms strategy in order to maximise market penetration.....

The impact of MSC treatments on survival outcomes for kids suffering from aGVHD and those born with congenital heart disease represents an incredibly powerful good news story that ought to be communicated far and wide, in particular for distraught parents that are looking for options.

Perhaps, MSB should employ that young fellow who spoke at the ODAC meeting about his personal experience in overcoming aGVHD due to Ryancil and then went on to study medicine at Harvard....his story was certainly enough for me to maintain my conviction in this investment thesis
