    The new chairman should instigate a forensic accountant to review the last 3 years of financial data and reporting.

    Shareholders have been taken for a ride on this stock while Josh has bled this company dry. There is little doubt that an investigation would also find signifcant personal expenses funded through the company and the board owes it to the shareholders and the regulator to show they are taking governance seriously.

    Clean slate.
