Obviously no one knows why it is up a couple of percent on no news flow, maybe you can enlighten people instead? It has been floating between 15-17c for a while, very within the realms of normal behaviour. I can sure yell you why it dropped 80% though. SP needs a 350% miracle to recover to its 60c.
He hasn't said it is a dud, stop twisting words. This is different to highlighting project risks.
