A good way to work out whether there is actually a correlation between the JV not being completed and the change of the Viet Govt is to check whether other viet related deals are also experiencing similar hold-ups.

Also, can anyone explain to me their views about the threat levels associated to the Callejas doing a deal with Mantle Mining for the rights to their brown coal mine. The same mine that services ESI's pilot plant?
