agree. ST has opted to take a position at 20c - beyond that the closer we come to the various trial dates, the greater the interest. but to say the nasdaq listing which we are told is not held up for lack of approval, but just touching up on formalities - is certainly not factored in the sp! how can it be.. its only after we list that the new market interest in the sp can have an effect. for now its the same old and some new aussie investors anticipating what the future holds.. we havent seen the results yet.

as an example, there are funds that have to buy the stock if they are say a biotech flavoured mutual fund that buys biotechs listed on the Nasdaq.. this compulsory buying if it comes about, rebalancing of portfolios due to a new entrant, new investor awareness etc cannot be factored into the sp before the event. just saying - so we can put things in perspective. cheers.
