I totally agree 100% to what you've posted. They are only accountable to themselves and their wallets. They do not consider for any one second let alone give a flying f**k for shareholders, something they have proven for last 3.5 years.
They should be ashamed, better still if shareholders would wake up, we would have removed most of them at last AGM! DH's.
