i laughed at his references to the profits made on disposal of assets in the fin review... it doesnt matter if you make x profit on the sale of the asset, your job is to increase shareholder value:
1) give these profits to shareholders via return of capital (not done)
2) invest these profits back into the business wisely to generate capital growth (not done)
instead they have burnt cash like no tomorrow and the proceeds have all but vanished...
