Did the Callejas disclose this conflict of interest to ESI?

- What conflict of interest?? What do you mean? They are suppliers are they not? Why do they have to tell us, when pricing and contracts etc are not in place as such, or active, nor are either of the customers manufacturing?
(in fact, ESI is ahead of Exergen But what is the in that regard, so why would we care?)
- But i must ask - what is the "conflict" as such?
Is it not merely an inclusion?


Do ESI own the capital improvements and the equipment of the pilot plant housed on the Calleja's property?

- You, as a consultant for ESI, would know the answer to this.
