At the risk of labouring the point, the share price is - and has been for some time - at the lowest possible price in the market. If the consolidation goes through the market has another opportunity to devalue the company further. This is madness for management but is disasterous for shareholders.
I can’t, for the life of me, understand how management can’t see this.
