I had only used CMC Live Chat once and it didn't work, didn't get any answer at all. I have worked out it is beter and quicker to ring and talk to a live person.
Regarding charting software, I had tried IG Martket's, GFT, and some others, and last night marketsPlus, I have to say CMC's MarketMaker is still the best, it is fast in loading and user friendly.
