the problem is the native issue is a huge issue for this stock... normally the native issue is not so bad in Australia, a bit of funds shared and money invested in the community etc is the norm.
however, this involves mining the seabed with natives concerned about their fishing and coral reefs etc... a more hightened level of concern than normal.
i do not think anything will happen with the stock until it is finally confirmed either way, if the answers is NO the stock will suffer badly. If the answer ends up being yes i am sure it will rise reasonably quick but considering this stock is flying under the radar i would rather buy back in at 80c the day of the announcement with some certianty than buying now and face a large loss.
just a real opinion. becareful of the over positive remarks on the internet... i assume ramping is common on all internetstock threads.
