I would not expect a speeding ticket.
The company said there would be news due about now. It is not suspicious that the stock would jump a bit before the announcement. It's explainable to even the most illiterate ASX Compliance officer. It is also well within the 12 month trading range.
They would need to have rocks in their head to think something is wrong with this trading when it is still 65% below the 3 month high.
