    The most recent CR failed to attract an insto cornerstone.

    BRN has been using LDA because it was unable to attract decent interest for the large sums of cash it regularly burns through.

    i.e. The only way to fund the company was to guarantee margins for a loan shark by letting them dump stock on market.
