All you're doing is looking at the cost of staff, comparing it to the cash receipts & then drawing a conclusion there's too much staff. That's the most idiotic assessment I've ever seen.
Unless yourself or someone else can provide proof those jobs aren't needed, then it's just pure speculation on your part.
Like I've already told you several times now, they probably need more staff to grow a larger customer base.
