That is good to know. I was a shareholder but don't seem to recollect having any dealings with BNB Recoveries (Although it was some time ago).
I'm hoping I am not on any claimant list.

I wonder what criteria BNB Recoveries chose to target certain holders? Reading some of the case notes I think it was shareholders acquiring shares between certain dates.

I also understand though Recoveries may have lodged six new cases.
Also yesterday on Lawerly the most recent news is that shareholders have lost the case to 'stay cost orders'.
