I am pretty sure there is significant number of people who want this to go to spill meeting, this will not happen until there is more than 50 percent of the vote against a resolution, but he is the founder of the company and he is pretty smart untill and unless you have a great replacement without having share price shock of his exit ( which is not even remotely possible), I know shorters are salivating that they can somehow get this shock exit and get that elusive 20 percent drop in share price.. not gonna happen dont worry..
