The loan is expected to be drawn over 5 quartersbeginning the 4th quarter of FY2025 and the loan terms include a precedent condition that requiresAmaero to complete a capital raise prior to the 1st draw.
Anyone know why they would want a cap raise prior to draw down? That's only a quarter or two away.
