The reason DM hasn't improved is because he doesn't take SH seriously. And I reckon he chuckles to himself when he reads threads like this where the roadblocks are brought up. Yes, we are angry and have some shares. But he knows we will never be able to properly organise an EGM to take him out, so he doesn't have to take a pay cut or step down. He is safe from any consequences because he knows we can't do anything. Even the largest shareholders hold less than 5%. There's not a single big fish he has to answer to.
