"There's no pleasing some people.."
Last I checked it cost money to run an international legal case. These guys could have tipped out and cut and run years ago when the going got tough. Might I suggest it's even more challenging now. As I've mentioned in another thread, they're a determined bunch and want to see the long-term shareholders, and new investors, put right. If anyone reads the 1/4ly you may have noticed they're not currently taking director fees, so not exactly raking it in for themselves, as some might believe.
