Well hypertheticaly if I owned shares in a mining coy that my brother was a director of and he called me on a weekly basis just for a catch up call and whilst on the phone gave me an update on how the drilling was going ie we hit dirt no gold. Would that allow me to sell before the market was aware. I'm not sure what the situation would be
