I noted yesterday that kv pharmaceuticals are assessing whether or not they can continue as a going concern.If they are unable to continue as a going concern all the rights to evamist revert back to acrux.I am sure there would be plenty of companies including eli lilly who would be very interested in picking up the evamist product and pay for the privilege.K v paid 150 million when they picked up the rights to evamist a number of years ago.
