Oh mate, I've got no idea about NEU FDA activity but if your broker is dishing out that sort of shite for 5 years away then change your broker straight away!
In fact I've got no idea how anyone can use any brokers? They are being bypassed into oblivion more and more and the sooner the better. IMO
