I think that including them is nuts because it is tantamount to having the financial fortunes of your company being dependent on the whims of politicians and I don't see any rationale to wilfully adopt that position (especially not when the politicians in question are French ones, which - if I'm not mistaken - is the source of the bulk of the government grants).
