Yes Rick, they do have a good defined resource. For whatever reason the decision to mine has not gone ahead. I still believe there is a hurdle in Vietnam that is stopping them from starting up the mine. It's been my belief for a long time. And might well be the open pit as you said. Making it worthwhile for the Vietnamese people to accept the mining of the resource.
Whatever it is, we the SHolders are not being told.

Also they are currently owing the Vietnamese Tax office of around VND42 Billion (approx. 2.5M AUD) from the previous operations which they need to pay back as soon as they start generating income.
