I am not sure if you are saying the State Street announcement is a ZZZZ because I see it as a positive sign as it confirms 20 institutions have moved onto to Mesoblasts register. Some of these institutions manage Australian superannuation assets and others manage on behalf of US pensions and US retail. This is a new development and these institutions own around 4% of Mesoblast.
