Yes PNO are late, but its not really about the signing of unconditional distribution agreement.

Remember we are paying Crossmark good money for their service. We are their customer now. Its not a partnership. Crossmark have everything to gain and nothing to lose by this agreement.

Shame their werent other interested distributors with more flexible agreement.

But if our product isnt good enought to sell itself, then its logical and smart to pay someone to do the selling.
